[MC-81660] Book signing causes disconnect

Whenever i am writing a book in minecraft whenever i sign and close it i disconnect from the server. this happens occasionally with the "done" button as well.

Does this happen on a modded or plugin server?

this happens on a plugin enabled server. it has no effect within a single player vanilla game.

Then this report is invalid. If you can reproduce it in vanilla Minecraft you can comment here again because it is else likely caused by the plugins. However I believe it would be the best way to solve this problem to ask the server owner for help.
