[MC-81810] Slime Block Shake Bug

I can't really tell what happens here, but I got a video of that bug

It seems like when you fall of fence on half sand-half slimeblock, you bounce like crazy..

It does indeed. @Adam S: Next time when reporting a bug, please reproduce it in an unmodified version of the game first.
