The Option To Maximize The Window Wasn't Availible
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go Onto Fullscreen (F11 or Options)
2. Go Out Of Fullscreen (F11 or Options)
3. You Can't Maximize The Window

I have a similar glitch on my old WinXP PC:
I Toggled the fullscreen mode on and then toggled it back to windowed mode and suddenly BAM! BSOD!!!!!! I'm not kidding and it happens everytime i do it.
