[MC-82825] One of the new arrows is named water bottle

In the creative inventory one of the new arrows is not named correctly, it's named water bottle.

It is supposed to be named water bottle, because the arrow is using a watter bottle. This is not a bug, this is a feature.

Ok, I thought it was a bug, cause it seemed odd to me.
