New arrows are named "Potion of ..." Ex: "Potion of Night Vision"

All the new arrows except the Spectral Arrow are named after potions.

That is intentional, it is an arrow with that potion on it. This is not a bug, it is a feature.

@Andrew wouldn't it be ARROW of Healing, strength etc. since they aren't potions
