[MC-82835] Spamming ender pearls in creative temporarily loses them

If you spam enderperals in creative then you temporarily(less then 1 sec) lose them.

How to reperduce: Grab just 1 enderpearl while in creative, and spam that enderpearl. If done correctily, the enderpearl will go out and back into your inventory often.

Mods, this got fixed with the addition of the timer for ender pearl throwing. I don't remember which snapshot it was, but it's fixed since then.
