*I expected that the Spectral Arrow would look like a rainbow or something like that. *

But the arrow appears like an Purple error ones.
I just normaly started the snapshot. I tried everything new but the Spectral arrow is just an error. I don't think that the arrow looks like purple.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the game
2. Create a world
3. Shoot with the Spectral arrow and a bow on the ground.
