When two minecarts with TNT colide onpowered rail, they explode instantly.

This also happens when I push two minecrarts with TNT together at high speeds.

Doesn't seems to be a bug... It will happen this way, if in real world.

This can also happen if you push a minecart of any kind into a minecart with tnt on a normal rail even if you dont push it very fast. MC-11198
