[MC-82893] Enchanted Books have no enchants

It Got Enchanted But No Enchants Are On The Book

Can confirm, also it extends further than just actively enchanted books - books in dungeons spawn without enchantments.

Enchanted books from the creative inventory work fine.

Also no preview of the at least one enchantment you get on the book in the enchantment table.

In 15w31b I fished up an enchanted book without any enchantments, it just said "Enchanted Book" without a tooltip.

In my world created in 15w31c books hasn't enchantments in mineshaft
