[MC-82926] New Arrow's Bugs

When you put a arrow-can be any kind- in a dispenser-lets say a stack (64)- and when dispenser shot that arrow to somewhere- not to you or any kind of entity- and you pick it up it gives you the same amount before the arrow gets shot. (Also this happens when you hot a any kind of a arrow.)

Yes. I can freely send a proof if i want, but i wont. This problem really needs to be solved, because when playing in a server and trying to kill someone with effective arrows, we will just get more and more arrows

I can confirm this Happens. The Dispenser will Shoot a Duplication of the stack of arrows it chooses. This does not Dupe regular arrows only Potion ones.
