[MC-82992] No clear

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here
I thought my inventory would clear when I used the command /clear
What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here
An error message appeared (as seen in the photo)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into your chat (Default key is T)
2. Type in /clear
3. Hit Enter

A similar error occurs if you have something in your offhand and try to clear it. It doesn't get cleared.

That's true. If you have a full inventory (and you have sth in you offhand) everything gets cleared except the offhand. And the error shown on the Screenshot will only appear if sth is in my offhand, that's at least only then when I get the error.
