shooting Arrow out of a boat

If you sit in a boat and shoot an arrow (any type) the arrow disappears but it probably is landing at the right position (not 100% sure)

The first time I noticed that there was something wrong with the arrows, the arrwos flow not with the "nose" in front. They were turned 180° in the horizontal direction. After I jumped out of the boat the arrows worked fine again. And after I accessed the boat again there were no arrows at all displayed after I shot. Poorly I cant reproduce the happening with the truned arrow only with the disappearing.
