If the player activates a piston (this pointing upwards and with a block redstone above) with a block redstone and then removes the block that was activating the piston, this remains activated as a result of this pushing, which has no effect if the piston this deactivated.

Works as intended, the Redstone Block is powering the piston.

Blocks of redstone make pistons power when they should not.

To fuj1n: the redstone block is not intended to power the piston, it is only happening when the piston is facing upwards.
I had this bug too. It is hapeening even if something that is not a redstone block powers the piston.

This bug is NOT resolved. It is an issue in 1.7.

I am building a compact binary adding machine and cannot even START the build because when I attempt to make a vertical flip-flop
it doesn't work because the upward facing pistons don't retract. I have 1.7.9 and the bug is very annoying.
