When you activate a command block with the correct commands inside it to make a title. It wont work says malformed JSON.
Commands used are... /title @p title "Arrow Wars"
That works with all versions since the titles update
If they have changed I have been uninformed

mojang is aware that most json based commands broke, and fixed it in the upcomming snapshot tomorrow
