[MC-83093] Ender Dragons Breath Not showing particles

I Was expecting The Ender Dragon To use his new move the breath attack on Me

What actually happened was That His animation was working for the Breath attack But When he did it no breath Actually came out.

I don't know how I did this glitch.

It still not attacking me with my breath today with 15w31b

Its not a duplicate its different his it does no damage mine is he does the breath animation and it doesn't show the particles.

Do you have particles reduced in your game's video settings?
