[MC-83646] Hotbar Bow Animation

When shooting a bow you can see it go through the pull back animation in the hot bar.

it is supposed to be like that it is a feature of 1.9

This is a feature, not a bug. Try looking at the changelog (i can even put in a video NOT MINE on YouTube. This is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3C1UzJF2og and skip to the 13:20 and look at his bow. I guess he will find out that bows in hotbar will pull too..)
