Night vision arrow

I shot a night vision arrow, and tried to pick it up, but instead of 1 arrow I picked up a whole stack.

What I expected to happen was...:
If I would pick up the arrow, I would get 1 night vision arrow

What actually happened was...:
I picked up the arrow and got 64 night vision arrows instead of one

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shot a night vision arrow
2. Pick it up again
3. Notice that you get 64 arrows instead of 1

Edit:
Just noticed it works with any other potion effect arrow, exept the spectral and the water bottle arrow.
