Bug with sign

Quotes are appearing on sign when I close my world, look the attachment
The first screen is an empty sign
The second one is what happen when I relog with the sign of the first screen
And the third one is when we have write on it

1. Just put a sign anywhere
2. Click on "Save and Quit to title"
3. Log in the world
4. And you'll see the bug
