[MC-83931] Endermen's arms are buggy

Basically, Endermen's arms are getting really buggy, the further i go into the End the weirder it gets, as their right arm caves inward, or goes down too much, and makes them look uneven and messed up, and I'm pretty sure its a bug cuz theres normal ones in the mix.
