Dungeon Chest in the End is destroyed

In one of the smaller End structures between two Shulkers, there is a chest of random loot that is getting destroyed due to either the mobs themselves blasting it apart, or because its not generating properly. In addition, Banners along some of the End structures are falling off, and players have to pick them up.
