[MC-84109] Two input boxes on the Enchantment Table GUI

When entering to the enchantment table's GUI, in the object input box for enchanting it, has a bug where are two when hover.

Outdated resource pack. Since 1.7 you need Lapislazuli as "currency"

You are using a resource pack, causing that bug to appear. One slt, closer to the enchantments, is for lapis. Other slot is for enchantable items.

why lapislazuli interfer with the enchantment table?
