Arrow of Water isnt working. the name is tipped_arrow.effect.water
it doesnt turn off water (i dont know if it supost to)
it has no particles at all
its normal arrow with different look and weard name

I don't think it's supposed to be anything, Im pretty sure that will be used in the crafting of the tipped arrows.
