Name error/ Name missing in Creative inventory

An error happen on the water effect arrow name tag on inventory menu.
What I expected to happen was to see arrow of water or arrow of splashing.
What actually happened was I saw a strange name tag "tipped_arrow.effect.water"
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load game in Creative mode
2. press E to open inventory
3. reach to Combat tag and find arrows
4. the arrow right of arrow of slowness should be arrow of water but happen to be in is tag "tipped_arrow.effect.water"
