Chorus flowers not dropped when pushed by piston or water

When trying to push chorus flowers with a piston, it does not drop, instead the piston destroys it.

Confirmed.
Removed "plant" from the summary, since Chorus Plants are not droppable at all.

If they are not dropable at all, why do i get the chorus flower if i break it with hand then ?

Chorus flowers drop (because they are needed to replant chorus plants), but the plant block (the one that drops chorus fruit) cannot be obtained.
