No frame on off-hand item

There was a frame on one of the previous snapshots, but now there isn't.

As you can see in the screenshot attached, the 31 torches are on the left without any frame behind them.

I am not sure if this is intended (there was a frame previously), but if it is, IMO the lack of a frame makes it hard to notice the item there, and I prefer it with a frame.
