Custom splash potions ignore the CustomPotionEffect tag
And Custom potion names (Like "Potion of Dullnes") not showing up.

Can confirmed - tried doing a glowing effect in a splash bottle.

Can confirm. Tried using Potion tag but did not work although used with Id, Amplifier and Duration. Seems that this works: "{Potion:"minecraft:name"}. And replace name with swiftness, slowness or any potion that currently exists only. Doesn't seem to help that other effects won't work, splashed on doesn't apply the effect with CustomPotionEffects, and being unable to define the duration and amplifier. Extremely unreliable.
