After I deleted my Hardcore world, then I click the "Create New World" to make a new world. Something like in the screenshot happened (SS1).
The backgroud is when I died on hardcore mode.(SS2)
No edit, just an original screenshot.

Oh, and after clicked the "Delete World" button it won't deleted and I still can hear a skeleton from the main menu.
