[MC-84953] Enchanting uses levels but does not apply them to item placed on the enchantment table.

I tried enchanting a bow, sword and fishing pole and the enchantment never got added to them. the enchantment table showed there was an enchantment but did not show which one. when clicked on it would use xp levels but wouldn't attach the enchantment to the item.

Are you sure you're playing 15w31c and not 15w31a?

I am positive that it is 15w31C. I just tried it again with the Fishing Rod and the same thing was happening.

The fishing rod thing looks like MC-36937. Does this happen with other items too? I tested bows and swords, both work fine for me. Resolving as duplicate of MC-36937 unless this affects other items too.
