Bug when "number clicking" an item in the creative inventory

When assigning an item from the inventory to the hotbar by pressing a number, strange things happens: if the item is moved from the hotbar to the hotbar sometimes the item is deleted or duplicated; and by moving it from anywhere to the hotbar the item disapear when I try to placing it.
