The bug

Ignited minecarts with TNT stop flickering when reloading the world.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place a minecart with TNT on an activator rail

  2. Power the activator rail
    → The TNT should be ignited and flickering

  3. Log out, then log back in
    → The TNT is no longer flickering
