Entities can't be affected with Commands when they are summoned with Spawn Eggs & EntityTag

The Web Service tracker is not for Minecraft issues. I have moved this.

Oh didn't saw that bug, and yes I did not wanted it to be Mojang Web Service but I wasn't able to change it after I clicked create.
