[MC-85432] Arrow metadatas

It was created before, but nobody seem'd to care about it.
New arrows have the same metadata and same id, causing it to not delete them in creative inventory.

Well, I commented there, and nothing was done... I thought nobody would care about it anymore, since no mod commented after me, and the issue was marked as resolved, and it wasn't resolved.
