NO ITEMS DROPPING FROM MOBS

I was making a Map in the Developement Versions, when I Found out all the Mob loot that is expected to drop (I Set Drop Chance rate to 100% on all mobs) NOTHING Drops except rotten flesh. NO ARMOUR OR HELD LOOT IS DROPPED> ONLY DEFAULT LOOT LIKE ROTTEN FLESH
