when i place on bedrock the tnt minecart on a rail with a powered rail and a detector rail on bedrock it just blows up the track down

1 place bedrock floor
2 place rails in an oval distribution
3 place a detector rail with a powered rail next to it
4 place the minecart with Tnt
5 push the minecart with tnt
6 it simply explode
