TIpped arrows and Item Frames

I was wondering what a certain tipped arrow was in my item frame collection (The one in question was a Night Vision arrow), so I pick blocked it, and it added to my hotbar an "Arrow of Splashing", which to my knowledge does not exist. It looks like a water Breathing Arrow. I try picking another tipped arrow, but it just goes to the Arrow of Splashing. I got it out of my inventory, picked another arrow, and it just gives me the Arrow of Splashing again.

How to reproduce:

• Put a tipped arrow in an item frame

• Try to pick block it
