Crashing when summoning an entity

When I attempted to summon a horse using commands, I thought a horse world spawn, but instead, the game crashed.

The command I used to summon the horse was
/summon EntityHorse ~ ~ ~

I tested this with most mobs and found that in any dimension, mobs will crash your game if you summon them in.
