[MC-859] Walking sound can be heard while standing near another person

It's very easy to reproduce, two people must be at the server and they should stand practically inside ceah other, maybe just a bit further. Then, the sound of you and the other person walking can be heard

Both players are standing still, but the walking sound is still played.
