Not sure if this is bound to Singleplayer we did this in a LAN-World
So basically we summoned an AreaEffectCloud using this command:
/summon AreaEffectCloud ~ ~2 ~ {ReapplicationDelay:10,Radius:10f,DurationOnUse:0.0f,Duration:32767,Effects:[0:{Ambient:0b,ShowParticles:1b,Duration:1,Id:6b,Amplifier:1b}],RadiusPerTick:0f,Particle:"flame",RadiusOnUse:-0.5f,WaitTime:100}And then we had a Comparator Clock with the following command:
/entitydata @e[type=AreaEffectCloud] {Radius:2}then all people (without the LAN-Hoster] got kicked:
