Splash Potions unable to put in Brewing Stand

What I expected to happen was...:
I put a Splash Potion into a Brewing Stand, so I can brew the new Lingering Potion, because this one is only brewable with Splash Potions.

What actually happened was...:
I was unable to put the Splash Potion into the Brewing Stand. I can now only brew a Lingering Potion, when I just brew a Splash Potion, which still remains in one of the bottom slots.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a Splash Potion.
2. Try to put it into the bottom slots of the Brewing Stand.
3. Recognize, you can't.
