Splash potions cannot be placed back into the Brewing Stand's GUI after being taken out

When trying to brew the new lingering potions in 15w33b, I noticed that, unlike other potions, splash potions cannot be placed back into the Brewing Stand's GUI after being taken out. This could be an issue for players who brew splash potions and forget to add effect modifiers before removing them from the GUI.
