[MC-86125] the game is locked at 30 FPS even without VBOs

(Sorry for my bad English)
My FPS are locked to 30 in that snapshot, using VBOs or not. I think it's a bug but I'm not sure.

You have VSync turned on. Turn that off. I think when you're looking at VBOs you're expecting VSync instead. VBOs just reduces some rendering lag while potentially reducing stability - leave it turned on if you have no issues with it.

Yes thank you, when I turn off VSync is perfect, but there is a kind of connection between the top and bottom of the screen that appears :-\
