Getting hit with an arrow while blocking a shield still adds an arrow to the target

Normally, when a player is hit with an arrow, it's rendered as being 'stuck' or lodged in them. When blocking an arrow with the shield, no damage is done, but the arrow is still rendered as being lodged in the player.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Shoot a player with an arrow, when said player in on Survival mode.
2. Observe that an arrow is displayed as being lodged in them.
3. Shoot the player again, while the player is blocking with a shield (primary or off hand).
4. Observe that no damage is done, but the arrow is still rendered as lodged in the target player.
