[MC-86178] creeper head crashes your minecraft when you use scroller

i was on 1.9 and i came up to a creeper head on a birch wood plank and i clicked the scroll button and it crashed my minecraft i tried it again it did the same thing

I did it with Dragon Head and same happened so that means all 'Skull'
