[MC-86343] Shields Change Color Red to Yellow after Blocking creeper explosion

When blocking a creeper explosion with my red shield it changed colour to yellow

replicated this Shield changes colours when blocking explosions although when hovering over shield name it changed to black shield and remained as black shield
while the colour of the shield went from Yellow-White-Black-Light BLue - Purple each time i tested it

I have replicated this bug also, what happens is the crafting DOES NOT have the NBT Data value, as i saw in my snapshot video, its changes colors when it gets hit

It changes color when it takes damage it be lime,orange,purple,black... i tes it on a 15w33c server
