Glyphs not showing when bookshelves are placed near an enchantment table

When I place a bookshelf near an enchantment table, the glyphs don't show up like it's reading the bookshelf

Does MC-31121 describe your issue? What is your particle setting at?

Oh, it was on minimal. I set it to All and now it works. Thanks!
