I tried to make a witch drop a "wand" which 100% chance that the stick will drop but the witch didn't drop the wand.
I tried again with a zombie and the zombie was supposed to have chain mail Armor but the zombie didn't
I also tried with a Pig man and the same happened with the holding in hand
