While experimenting with the world border in the overworld, I teleported to the coordinates 29999999 64 29999999. When I tried the same thing in the Nether, my server kicked me. Now I'm unable to rejoin my server. I don't know if this also applies to the End.

Actually, the point here is that I teleported just within the 30000000 limit, get it still kicked me. I know that you shouldn't go past it.

The nether is 1/8 of the maxsize of the overworld.
