[MC-86535] Horse/lead bug

How to duplicate: 1. leave spawn chunks
2. place fence
3. spawn horse
4. place lead in hotbar
5. right click on horse
6. right click on fence
7. move far away at least 500 blocks
8. come back
the horse is now moving around and the lead has dropped

please note this is not duplicating any posts about leads disappearing because it happens in the snapshot and in this snapshot that other bug has been fixed

it affects all versions 1.6-present I couldn't find where to put 1.6 and 1.7

the only reason I commented that it affects snapshots is because many reports are incorrectly marked duplicate but the bugs that are mixed up with this one are fixed in the snapshot

I said that THIS bug HAS been fixed in the snapshot. The bug I requested a fix for has gone unnoticed by the Mods since 1.6 because they have been getting confused between the bug that I and countless other people have reported and this one and the posts related to mine have been marked duplicates incorrectly. Please confirm my report.
