Hello,
There's this wierd bug that I discovered today. When I start up Minecraft, and open a world, the textures go weird. (Look at the picture) Doesn't matter if it is modded, via a launcher like Technic Launcher, or just Vanilla, Single Player or Multiplayer, it does it on every version, they go really weird. Everything that is really close to me just has the normal texture, but if they're a bit further away, they change texture and they look really simplistic. It's very annoying, and I don't know what causes this problem. I've been searching for ages but I can't find anything on the internet. Please help!

Ah, thank you. It fixed the problem 🙂
It was just me bein' stupid, guess I am not so good at the game as I thought :3
It's called mipmapping. You can turn it off by going to options, video settings, and changing the Mipmap Levels slider. However, it should only happen at longer distances, so it shouldn't be so noticeable. Please manually trigger a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game, and attach the crash report (

) here so we can diagnose the issue.
