Islands in the end are problematic

The island in the end are glitched and corrupted. They repeat themselves over and over, but this isn't the only problem. Although the islands are solid, you fall slowly as if flying through unloaded chunks. This doesn't occur very far out, I think I was something like x: 1000, z: 1500.
